Why it matters
When a model can’t confirm who you are, where you are, and what you cost, it hedges or picks a competitor it can verify. Public pricing matters most. Without it, AI can’t compare you to anyone else.
Step by step
About: who you are, when you started, how many clients you have, your team, and your legal name.
Contact: address, phone, email, and business hours, exactly as they appear in your Google Business Profile and directory listings.
Pricing: at least “from …” or a range, plus what’s included.
Policies: returns, guarantees, privacy, terms.

How much does [service] cost?
From $490/mo. The exact price depends on [volume / quantity / timeline].
What's included:
— [item 1]
— [item 2]
— [item 3]
Billed separately: [item].
Refund policy: [short summary].How to know it’s done
When asked “how much does [your brand] cost” and “where is [your brand] located,” AI answers with your numbers, not “this information isn’t available.”
Common mistake
Writing “price on request” for every service. The model can’t compare you to a competitor, so it more often recommends the one with public pricing.
How to check how AI describes you
Ask ChatGPT and Google AI Mode “how much does [brand] cost” and “where is [brand] located.” If the answer is “this information isn’t available” or contains errors, your trust pages are missing or AI can’t see them.
If you use Dabudai, Overview shows Recommendation Rate for each platform. Once your trust pages are live, it’s usually the first metric to go up.

Questions
What if our pricing is custom?
List a “from …” price or a range, and what the price depends on. That beats “on request” for every service.
Do we need a physical address?
For a local business, yes, and it must match your Google Business Profile. For an online service, your company’s legal address is enough.
How many trust pages are enough?
At minimum: About, Contact, Pricing, plus policies and terms. What matters is that every page links to them.
